This place is great. It’s under 10 minutes to the beach in Old Naples and the pool is warm and roomy! The house has three bedrooms and is well stocked with dishware, etc. One note is that the house is located directly across from the Naples (small planes) airport and they do fly in and out all day.

We rented David’s place for a week with our daughters and we had such great time, it was the perfect home for our family! We absolutely loved the outdoor area. The pool and hot tub were a hit! Fishing off the dock was so fun and exciting, caught cat fish, snapper and even crab! The views were incredible, we enjoyed a beautiful sunset every night from the dock or hot tub. The tiki area made it easy to grill and enjoy dinner nicely outside together. It felt like we were living in paradise for a week which was exactly what we were looking for! We also loved how close we’re to the beach and shopping. We had such a great time and would love to stay again in the future!

It was perfect for our spring break with a group of my daughter and her friends. Good neighborhood to walk around, pool and even a visit from a dolphin at the dock on our last day.

We had a fantastic stay at David’s place over Christmas week with our family. The home was spotless, well stocked, and comfortably furnished, which made settling in easy from day one. The backyard was a total highlight with a beautiful pool and spa, a great tiki hut with a gas grill, and a dock we enjoyed throughout the week. The fishing poles David provided were such a thoughtful touch and really added to the experience. Everything was exactly as described and made for a relaxed, memorable family holiday. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
